Phisher

Phisher is the person who attempts to fraudulently acquire sensitive information, such as passwords and credit card details, by masquerading as a trustworthy person or business in an apparently official electronic communication, such as an email or an instant message.

Spam is the abuse of any electronic communications medium to send unsolicited messages to someone in bulk. While its definition usually extends to any unsolicited bulk electronic communication, some exclude from the definition of the term "spam" messages considered by the receiver (or even just the sender) to be targeted, non-commercial, or wanted.

Scam is an attempt to intentionally mislead a person or persons (known as the "mark") usually with the goal of financial or other gain.

while spam is undesirable, the harm is not as bad as phishing. The intension of spam is usually advertising. The term phishing arises from the use of increasingly sophisticated lures to "fish" for users' financial information and passwords. Some of the phishers have very melicious intension, to scam people.
